PADI Rescue Diver
The PADI Rescue Diver Course is both challenging and rewarding. It is an important and crucial step in expanding a diver's knowledge and experience beyond a purely recreational level. It will help you to expand your skills to be able to identify possible hazards and evaluate situations before a problem arises. This course is a prerequisite for all PADI leadership-training courses, such as Divemaster and Instructor. Divers must be a PADI Adventure Diver or PADI Advanced Open Water Diver and hold a current CPR/First Aid certification to attend this course. See our Emergency First Response courses also.
Through this course divers will come to appreciate and understand the importance of proper training and they will increase their awareness of themselves and others as divers. The course is designed to develop the necessary skills effectively to perform diver rescues, assists, manage diving accident situations and administer proper diving first aid. It is also great fun for us as we try to test your new found skills when you are least expecting it to keep you on your toes!

The Rescue Diver course is typically conducted over one weekend, with the theory being completed by eLearning in advance.
